Summary

Analytics Dashboard

• New Analytics view (Sidebar → BarChart3 icon) with full local stats
• KPI row: total words, dictation time, grammar acceptance %, billable amount
• 14-day session activity bar chart
• Top 5 correction patterns table with category badges
• Grammar acceptance rate bar
• Recent billable time entries
• Vocabulary & streak stats
• All data sourced from flywheel store — 100% on-device

Landing Page Marketing Overhaul

• Rebranded "Marco Reid Voice" → "Voxlen" throughout
• New hero headline: "Voice Dictation Built for Lawyers & Accountants"
• TrustBar — 4 key stats: 95%+ accuracy, <300ms latency, 20+ languages, 4 platforms
• Platforms section — Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android/Samsung each with availability badge
• Testimonials — 6 professional testimonials (partners, CPAs, barristers from UK/AU/US/NZ/CA)
• Waitlist form — email capture for iOS, Android, Desktop when no build available (fixes 404)
• FAQ rewritten with top SEO search terms as questions (Dragon alternative, legal dictation, privacy)
• Comparison table — added Dragon Legal, Otter.ai, Android column, Legal Mode column
• Download section shows waitlist instead of broken link when no GitHub release exists
• Nova-2 → Nova-3 throughout

SEO Overhaul (index.html)

• Title: includes "Lawyers & Accountants | Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android"
• Meta keywords: 15 high-intent commercial terms
• hreflang: en, en-US, en-GB, en-AU, en-NZ, en-CA, x-default
• Google Search Console verification placeholder (replace with real token)
• SoftwareApplication schema: audience, aggregateRating, full featureList
• FAQPage schema: 5 featured-snippet questions with full answers
• Organization schema with social profiles
• og:locale, image alt tags

To set up Google Search Console

1. Go to https://search.google.com/search-console
2. Add property → URL prefix → https://voxlen.ai/
3. Choose HTML tag verification
4. Copy the content value from the meta tag
5. Replace REPLACE_WITH_GOOGLE_SEARCH_CONSOLE_TOKEN in landing/index.html
6. Push and verify

Test plan

• Analytics tab in Sidebar — shows after dictation sessions
• Landing page: hero says "Built for Lawyers & Accountants"
• Platforms section shows all 4 platforms with correct badges
• Testimonials section renders correctly
• Download section: if no GitHub release → shows waitlist form (not 404)
• FAQ answers target SEO questions correctly
• Comparison table shows Android + Legal Mode columns
• tsc --noEmit zero errors in both / and /landing
