Summary

• 404 downloads fixed — landing page was showing real download links while the GitHub release check was still loading (hasRelease===null). Now shows waitlist forms until a release is confirmed live.
• Settings persistence fix — privilegedMode, legalMode, jurisdiction, voxlenContext, voxlenTenantId, billableRatePerHour, and legal acceptance fields were missing from toSave and reverted to defaults on every app restart.
• BYOK onboarding unblocked — the Connect step no longer requires live API key validation to proceed (just a non-empty key). Advanced section (own keys) now open by default. Account settings (Legal Mode, Privileged Mode, context) now visible when using own STT key.
• Language switcher — flag/code pill next to context selector in dictation panel for instant language switching without going into Settings.

Test plan

• Visit landing page → all 4 desktop cards show waitlist, not download links
• Restart app → Legal Mode / Voxlen context / jurisdiction persist correctly
• Onboarding step 2 → paste Deepgram key, Next button enabled immediately
• Onboarding step 2 → Advanced section visible/open by default
• Dictation panel → language pill shows flag, dropdown switches language
• 98 tests pass
