Why: The current accounting positioning read like a peer of Xero. In front of prestige lawyers, attorneys, and accountants it has to read like a successor. And every Claude session was starting scatter-gun because there was no persistent working memory across sessions.

Accounting page (/accounting) — complete rewrite:

• New hero: "The most advanced accounting platform on earth"
• Prestige stats strip: 5 tax authorities, 100% reconciliation, 18h saved, 24/7 autonomous operation
• Jurisdictions grid covering NZ (IR), AU (ATO), US (IRS + states), UK (HMRC MTD), and CA (CRA)
• Six pillars: autonomous bookkeeping, payroll across 5 jurisdictions, GST/VAT/sales-tax, provisional + income tax, Catch-Up Centre, Marco research
• Everything-included grid now names the actual return types we draft (IR3, IR4, 1040, 1120, SA100, T1, T2, CT600) and the actual bank-feed providers (Plaid, Akahu, Basiq, TrueLayer)

Catch-Up Centre (/catch-up-centre) — new page:

• Built for the sole trader three years behind, the growing company facing due diligence with payroll arrears, and the expat with ten years of unfiled US returns
• Five-step flow: upload, reconstruct, draft, sign-off, e-file
• Jurisdictions grid covering IR, ATO, IRS + state, HMRC, CRA
• Fixed-fee, qualified-accountant sign-off, penalty remission, tax-debt negotiation explicitly promised
• Service schema.org markup for SEO

Homepage:

• Product-5 accounting section rewritten to match the new positioning
• Catch-Up Centre added as a secondary CTA alongside Accounting
• Feature tiles now lead with autonomous bookkeeping, 5-jurisdiction payroll, and the Catch-Up Centre

Header:

• Sign-in link added to both desktop and mobile nav so the admin login at /login is discoverable without typing the URL

Footer + sitemap:

• Catch-Up Centre surfaced in the Products column
• Sign-in added to the Company column
• /catch-up-centre added to sitemap.ts with priority 0.9

SESSION-STATE.md + IRON-LAW.md:

• New SESSION-STATE.md is the persistent working memory for Claude across sessions: current state, next action, decisions, open questions
• IRON-LAW.md session protocol now mandates reading SESSION-STATE.md at session open and updating it at session close. Every session is a turn of the flywheel, not a scatter-gun restart.

Build: npm run build passes. 55 static pages generated. No TypeScript errors, no warnings.
