fix: public customer journey + clickable cards + header Get Help section #3867

Critical UX fixes from full site audit:

1. Header: Added "Get Help" as FIRST mega menu section

   • Generate a Document, Find a Lawyer, Find an Accountant
   • Browse Services, Court Rules Calculator
   • Non-professionals can now find help immediately

2. Homepage: Public tools section moved UP

   • Was buried after 5 product deep-dives (position 6)
   • Now immediately after bento overview (position 2)
   • Regular people see "Generate a document" and "Find a professional" early

3. Hero: Added public sub-CTA

   • "Not a professional? Generate a document · Find a lawyer · Find an accountant"
   • Gold links with underline, visible below main CTAs

4. Feature cards: Made clickable

   • 6 "day in the life" cards now wrapped in tags
   • Morning dashboard → /law, Research → /oracle, Voice billing → /dictation
   • Client portal → /law, Cross-professional → /accounting, Messaging → /law
