Same rebrand work as local commit bcbb5e0 (which is blocked on the sandbox git proxy with persistent HTTP 503s on send-pack). Pushed via GitHub MCP instead, skipping apps/admin/vercel.json since Craig confirmed Vercel is off the deployment target.

Changes:

• apps/web/app/page.tsx — new minimalist AlecRae landing page (Italianno handwritten wordmark, ivory bg, "Email, considered." tagline)
• apps/web/app/layout.tsx — metadata + Italianno/Inter via next/font
• apps/web/app/icon.svg — gold envelope with AR monogram favicon
• CLAUDE.md — full Vienna→AlecRae rebrand + brand identity section
  • rebrand history + deployment target note
• .env.production — all domain references → alecrae.com

Internal codename "emailed" preserved in @emailed/* package scopes. User-facing strings all use AlecRae. Emotional promise: users feel sophisticated when using AlecRae.

Deployment target: Crontech (Hetzner self-hosted, per ccantynz-alt/crontech). Vercel is off. Follow-up commit will remove vestigial Vercel configs.
