Mobile app renamed to "Rae" for App Store/Play Store (desktop stays AlecRae)
All 4 iOS submission blockers fixed — app is now ready for TestFlight

App name: AlecRae → Rae, slug/scheme: alecrae → rae
Bundle ID: com.alecrae.app → com.rae.app
Fixed blocker #1: Added all missing iOS NSUsageDescription strings:

- NSCameraUsageDescription (photo attachments)
- NSContactsUsageDescription (auto-complete)

Fill in apps/mobile/eas.json → submit.production.ios (Apple ID, ASC App ID, Team ID)
Add GitHub Secrets: EXPO_TOKEN, APPLE_ID, APPLE_APP_SPECIFIC_PASSWORD
Generate a proper splash screen (1242×2688px) to replace the current 200×400 placeholder
Add Privacy Policy + Terms pages at alecrae.com/privacy and alecrae.com/terms

Splash screen note

The splash screen at apps/mobile/assets/splash.png is 200×400 — Apple will render this blurry on modern iPhones. A 1242×2688 replacement with the Rae logo centered on #0f172a is needed before App Store submission.
