Owner directive: "we should see the live edits happening live."

  • spec-ai: with a progress listener, generation streams — each file path surfaces the moment Claude starts writing it, plus a throttled streamed-chars counter. Without a listener the plain request path is unchanged. temperature removed (400s on Sonnet 5 / Opus 5, both now admin-selectable).
  • Progress page: "Live edits" panel — files appear one by one, newest highlighted in evergreen, chars-streamed counter, 1s polling while writing.
