Merge Marco Reid Voice rename + release workflow into main #4798

Brings main up to date. Main has been stuck on an old commit while work continued on the feature branch.

What this merges in

Branding: Full rename Voxlen → Marco Reid Voice across the entire codebase (app name, identifiers, crate, Tailwind palette, iOS extension, docs, landing page). The desktop app is now Marco Reid Voice — the native voice input layer for the Marco Reid platform.

Release automation: GitHub Actions workflow updated to auto-publish (no draft step) with proper Marco Reid Voice release notes explaining the unsigned-binary warning on first launch.

Identifiers updated:

• Bundle: com.marcoreid.voice
• Rust crate: marco-reid-voice
• iOS app group: group.com.marcoreid.voice
• Updater endpoint: releases.marcoreid.com

After merging

1. Main becomes current — the repo homepage shows Marco Reid Voice, not Voxlen
2. GitHub Actions workflow can be triggered directly from main
3. Future v* tag pushes build + publish the release with Marco Reid Voice branding
4. Tag v1.0.0 to cut the first public release with downloadable installers for Windows / macOS / Linux

Known caveats (carried forward from branch)

• First release will be unsigned (no Apple cert or Windows code signing cert yet). Gatekeeper/SmartScreen warnings on first launch — one-time "Run anyway" click per user.
• Auto-updater disabled (placeholder pubkey in tauri.conf.json). Manual updates until real keys are generated.
• Users still enter their own API keys on first launch (Deepgram for STT, Anthropic optional for grammar). This disappears when the Marco Reid backend voice endpoint is wired up.
