  • Dashboard admin "Open Voxlen App" link pointed to app.voxlen.ai (dead) — changed to /#download
  • Free plan dashboard: removed "enter your own Deepgram/Anthropic keys" card which contradicted the BYOK removal — replaced with a clean upgrade prompt ("Voxlen supplies all AI keys")

Test plan

  • Sign in at voxlen.ai → dashboard admin card "Download Voxlen App" goes to /#download
  • Sign in as a non-admin → "Upgrade" card shown, no API key input fields visible anywhere
