feat: 14 SEO landing pages (lawyers, accountants, comparisons, regions) #4754

Summary

All 14 footer SEO links were 404ing — they had no route handlers. This PR adds a full SEOPage component and content for every linked page.

Pages added:

• /voice-dictation-iphone
• /voice-dictation-android

• /legal-voice-dictation-canada
• /legal-dictation-new-zealand
• /voxlen-vs-dragon
• /voxlen-vs-wispr-flow
• /voxlen-vs-otter
• /dragon-naturallyspeaking-alternative
• /best-voice-to-text-software
• /ai-dictation-software

Each page has: hero headline, subheadline, description, feature bullets, FAQ, and CTAs (Download + Sign in with Google).

Also fixes onboarding canProceed step 2 which still checked sttApiKey as a BYOK fallback after BYOK was removed.

Test plan

• Click each footer link — page renders with relevant content
• Sign in with Google CTA on SEO pages works
• Download CTA links to /#download
• No 404s on any footer link
