Hero Impact Fix

The live site hero was muted and flat. This makes it visually impactful:

• Darker background (navy-900 instead of 500) for stronger white text contrast
• Simplified heading: "Practise your craft. Not your software." — fewer words, bigger punch
• Gold second line — "Not your software." in gold-300 stands out immediately
• Dashboard mockup above the fold — visual proof of the product, not just text
• Bolder gradient orbs — gold, forest, and plum at 20% opacity instead of 8-15%
• Header adapts to hero: white text and gold "Book a Demo" button on dark background, reverts to navy on scroll
