Restore critical backend and frontend functionality for admin login, booking visibility, and the main booking flow.
The system was experiencing major problems preventing admin access, booking management, and user booking functionality. This PR restores the full backend server, re-adds the AdminLogin component, ensures bookings are visible, and enables the Hibiscus to Airport site access.
