Update frontend backend URL and add backend diagnostic endpoints to fix "no bookings" issue.
The frontend was configured to fetch bookings from an incorrect, old backend URL, leading to no bookings being displayed. The backend changes add a diagnostic endpoint and improved logging to help verify database connectivity and booking counts.
