Restore full public site routing and fix backend URL configuration to display bookings and correct page navigation.
The admin dashboard appeared empty because the frontend's
BACKEND_URLdefaulted incorrectly, causing it to query the wrong API for bookings. Simultaneously, the public site's React router infrontend/src/App.jswas configured to redirect the homepage to/service-areasand omitted routes for the booking page and other public pages, making them unreachable. This PR addresses both issues.
