Introduce hardened MongoDB URI loading, refactor backend to use it, and add an Atlas authentication log parser.
This change prevents accidental use of
MONGO_URLas a database username, improves connection string handling, and provides a utility for analyzing MongoDB Atlas authentication logs to identify such issues.
