Summary
This PR removes three GitHub Actions workflow files that were used for HIBI (Hibiscus to Airport) project automation and monitoring.
Changes
.github/workflows/hibi-watchdog.yml: Scheduled workflow (every 10 minutes) that probed backend and frontend endpoints for health checks.github/workflows/hibi-render-deploy.yml: Deployment workflow triggered on pushes to main branch that initiated Render service deployments.github/workflows/hibi-repair-lane.yml: Manual workflow for triggering repair operations with a placeholder for future auto-patching functionalityRationale
