Both PR Quality Gates and Protected Paths checks were red on every run. Root causes:

PowerShell syntax (Protected Paths always fails)

protected-paths.ps1: param() block placed after Set-StrictMode — PowerShell requires param() first

Build/lint errors (Quality Gates always fails)

D8TV.tsx: orphaned type-annotation lines (tone?: string;) inside function body
route.ts: try: any { → try {
kv.ts: eslint-disable referencing non-existent @typescript-eslint/no-var-requires rule
(marketing)/_d8/D8Bits.tsx: D8Card missing title/body/kicker props used by all marketing pages
marketing-queue/page.tsx: useMemo returning { "x-admin-token"?: undefined } not assignable to HeadersInit
page.tsx: intentionally broken AutoRepairDemoWidget import
VideoStudioClient.tsx: ctx nullability not narrowed inside tick() closure
d8kv.ts: missing projectVideoKey export
tsconfig.json: _archive/ directory not excluded from compilation

Quality gates (must be green)

CI build is green
No unexpected UI/design changes on Dominat8.com
If protected paths changed: override label OR ALLOW_PROTECTED_PATHS file added with reason

Notes / risks

D8Card in src/app/(marketing)/_d8/D8Bits.tsx was extended with title/body/kicker props to match the version in src/app/_d8/D8Bits.tsx — these two could be consolidated in a future cleanup.
The AutoRepairDemoWidget import was commented as "intentionally missing to demonstrate Auto Repair" — removed it since it breaks the build.
