  • Add email template system: DB schema, migration, CRUD API, rendering engine with {{variable}}, {{#if}}, {{#each}}, {{{raw}}} support
  • Add voice API routes: /v1/voice/analyze, /profile, /draft, /adjust with Claude API integration for AI writing assistance
  • Add IMAP storage adapter: PostgresMessageStore implementing MessageStore interface against Drizzle ORM for real mailbox data
  • Add E2E integration test suite: 8 test files, 97 tests covering all API endpoints (messages, templates, domains, billing, suppressions, webhooks)
  • Complete OpenAPI 3.1 spec: all 15 route files documented (added templates, voice, suppressions, auth, account, API keys, billing, warmup, tracking)
  • Fix deploy.yml: real kubectl commands for staging + production deployment with rollout status checks and health verification
  • Update CLAUDE.md: all checklist items marked complete (was 16/17, now 26/26)
  • Wire templates + voice routes into server.ts with auth + rate limiting
