Description

Add comprehensive launch readiness documentation and email infrastructure guidance for the AlecRae platform.

LAUNCH_READINESS.md provides a detailed audit of the platform's readiness for v1 launch, including:

Feature completion status across 4 tiers (84 features, 91 routes, 65 schemas)
Legal/compliance surface coverage (16 pages, GDPR/CCPA/EU AI Act compliant)
CI/build pipeline status (TypeScript strict, hard-gated tests, Vercel previews live)
Remaining blockers: Craig's infrastructure provisioning (8 secrets across 5 services)
Realistic launch window: 3–5 working days from infra provisioning
Post-launch items (SOC 2, bug bounty, public roadmap) explicitly marked as non-blockers

docs/infra/craig-send-today.md provides a step-by-step runbook for standing up transactional email sending via Amazon SES relay within 24 hours, including:

DNS configuration (SPF, DMARC, DKIM, MX records)
AWS SES domain verification and sandbox-to-production workflow
Postmaster Tools setup (Google, Microsoft) for reputation monitoring
Email warmup rules and volume ramp schedule for the first 90 days
Graduation path to self-hosted Fly.io MTA after domain reputation is established

CLAUDE.md updated with:

Reference to the new email sending runbook in the deployment checklist
New "Flywheel Backlog" section documenting 4 high-leverage post-launch features that compound the AI moat (voice profiles, referral loops, network effects, instrumentation)
