Post-merge CLAUDE.md housekeeping after PR #72 landed:

• Issue #41 marked FIXED — Gmail/Outlook sync now persists emails via storeReceivedEmail() with base64url body decoding (Gmail) and direct content (Outlook); AI auto-triage (Claude Haiku) fires fire-and-forget on every insert
• Issue #29 updated — warmup route confirmed live (6 endpoints), smart health check endpoint added
• STATUS block updated — reflects PR #72 merge, Craig's next steps, and docs/infra/morning-setup.md pointer
• "Fastest Path" section rewritten — removed Vercel instructions (Vapron/box is the target), replaced with box deploy commands

2. Set env vars: JWT_SECRET, WEBAUTHN_RP_ID, WEBAUTHN_ORIGIN, GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID, GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET, ANTHROPIC_API_KEY
3. sudo systemctl restart alecrae-api alecrae-web
4. Create Google Cloud OAuth 2.0 client with both redirect URIs
5. Fix Cloudflare DNS (apex A record → 149.28.119.158, MX records)
6. Uninstall Vercel GitHub App from repo settings (stops the bot noise)
