Owner had to hand-write an onboarding brief for a new agent account — then it got misdelivered between platforms (meant for Vapron, sent to davenroe). Onboarding never mentioned agents, and nothing generated the brief.

  • /connect/claude → "Agent working brief": copy-paste markdown for a CLAUDE.md/system prompt — remote, auth, PR + gates flow, house rules.
  • State-aware (owner catch): an account with no Gluecron repos gets a brief that leads with import and forbids inventing remotes; every brief teaches the canonical-vs-mirror rule, with "if unsure which side is canonical, STOP and ask" — so an agent can't manufacture split-brain at onboarding.
  • Misdelivery-proof: ?repo=<name> pins the brief to one repository ("Your assignment: owner/repo and no other").
  • Onboarding gains a "Connect your AI agent" step card (both variants).
