The health page's improvement list said what to fix but offered no way to have the platform do it. Each improvement row now has a "Fix this for me" button (write access required) that feeds the action + analysis context into the existing spec-to-PR pipeline — the AI implements the change on a branch and opens a PR for review. Nothing lands on the default branch without a merge. AI quota is enforced inside
createSpecPR, failures redirect back with a visible error.tsc clean, health suites 21/21.
