Crawl Audit Fixes — 7 critical/major issues resolved

Found by automated crawl agent. All 4 critical + 3 major issues fixed.

Critical fixes

  1. Cargo.toml — removed invalid Tauri 2.0 feature, fixed dep ordering
  2. lib.rs — migrated from Tauri 1.0 SystemTray to 2.0 TrayIconBuilder API
  3. lib.rs — recording now works with local Whisper (no API key needed)
  4. package.json — added missing @tauri-apps/plugin-store

Major/moderate fixes

  1. lib.rs — consistent grammar pipeline (post_process before both paths)
  2. audio.rs — WAV encoding no longer panics on error
  3. lib.rs — global shortcut errors are logged, not silently dropped
